The Company “TUV Nord Cert Ukraine to be Official Representative of
one of the oldest in Europe Technical Supervision Societies TUV NORD
(Hamburg, Germany), in March 2005 performed test of compliance of Quality
Management System of Research & Production Corporation “Trubostal”,
Ltd. and its structural subdivision CJSC "R&PA
"Trubolit", with the requirements of the International Standard
ISO 9001 : 2001. Certificates, given on recommendation of the Ukrainian
Certification Body TUV ÑERT by the Technical Inspection TUV NORD ÑERT GmbH
& Co. KG, considerably extend export abilities of the R&PC “Trubostal”,
Ltd.
- After the Certification Audit of the R&PC “Trubostal”, Ltd., -
noted Chief Auditor of TUV ÑERT Mr. Valeriy Kuchkin and Auditor Mr.
Vladimir Matvienko, - we came to the conclusion, that the Quality
Management System at this enterprise does correspond to the Standard ISO
9001 and fully is worthy of this certificate. And the supervisory audit of
CJSC “R&PA “Trubolit" gave all grounds for prolongation of validity
at that plant of similar certificate given earlier".
In other words, the audit acknowledged that centrifugally cast tubes
(including unique tubes of two-layer bi-metallic combinations), wide range
of products of them, as well as pipe-line components of different steels
and alloys do correspond to the requirements of European Technical
Supervision Societies and consumers; national standards, acting in
developed countries of the world, of European directives. It is especially
important from the point of view of integration of Ukrainian economy into
European one and of that fact, that it isn’t possible to manufacture
products of R&PC “Trubostal”, Ltd. by traditional in tube and pipe
industry methods of hot rolling or extrusion.
