Production Corporation "Trubostal", Ltd., created in the year of
1989, belongs to the number of most successfully working enterprises of
tube and pipe industry of Ukraine.
R&PC “Trubostal”, Ltd. has in its body the
plant to manufacture centrifugally cast tubes and pipes CJSC “R&PA
“Trubolit” being the biggest manufacturer of these products in Ukraine.
There’s also in the body of the enterprise the plant to manufacture
fittings, production of cold-strained seamless tubes, field assembly.
R&PC “Trubostal” has been carrying out large innovative activity.
Centrifugally cast tubes and fittings manufactured
at the R&PC “Trubostal”, Ltd. are used not only in Ukraine, but are
also exported in large quantities to other countries.

TUV Nord Cert Ukraine to be official Representative of one of oldest in
Europe technical supervising institutions TUV-NORD (Hamburg, Germany),
"have broken a vindow to the world" for one else of Ukrainian

CENTRIFUGALLY CAST TUBES

"Trubostal", Ltd. is leading in Ukraine and Europe manufacturer
of centrifugally cast tubes and pipes of wide range of sizes. Short
technological cycle, outstanding quality of metal and geometry of tubes,
possibility of melting metal of any composition ensure high competitivity
for centrifugally cast tubes and pipes. In some cases, when seamless heavy
walled pipes of large diameter are necessary, when tube is manufactured of
hard-deformed- or non-deformed steel or alloy, - centrifugally cast tubes
and pipes have no alternative among known processes of production of tubes.
Wear-resistant and chemically-stable centrifugally cast tubes and pipes are
used for transportation of pulp and granular materials. Supplies of tubes
are furnished with bi-metallic elbows.

“Trubostal", Ltd. created production site to manufacture elbows of OD
range from 22mm to 630mm of carbon- and stainless steel in compliance with
GOST and foreign standards. There’s also mastered production of elbows of
titanium alloys and high-resistant steels.
COLD-STRAINED
TUBES
 We are ready to offer you high-quality tubes manufactured
according to GOST 8734-75, OD range 16 to 90,3mm, WT range 1,5 to 6,0mm,
totally up to 60t per month. Manufacture of tubes of customer’s materials
is possible. It may be used mainly for manufacture of elbows, bends,
reducers and tees of higher precision of different grades of steel.
